Your Cooking Connection Local chefs from the Lake Norman area share their favorite recipes and cooking tips. Tuesday + Thursday: 6-7pm

MI-Game of the Week Local high school football! See area high school football teams battle it out under the “Friday night lights”.  Games are played on Friday nights but aired on MI-Channel 4 each Tuesday and Thursday nights throughout the high school football season.  Below is a schedule of the games.
